Organizational Behavior and its Effect on Sustainable Change Management: A Literature Review

Abstract
Decision-makers within an organization planning to implement a change strategy face many challenges. There is typically more resistance than acceptance, when it comes to changing vision, procedures, and other facets of any organization. To that end, it is very important for leaders to pay attention to its climate and culture, communicate effectively, and consider the varying behaviors within the organization when devising a change strategy plan. This preparation and observation component will be key if the organization plans to accomplish sustainable change both long and short term.
